What's new

The newest version indicates more information, in particular, in indicates the type of design note being looked at. Inside, everything has been rewritten in Java because of the really cool regex engine, and because I wanted to start doing a bit of Java, thankyou very much. There is also a button that jumps to the design element that is being considered. Also, the new version creates new filenames for the logging, and finds out automatically the right filename out of the directory.
