Being a notes developer, when we are developing comparatively large databases consisting of considerable numbers of views and forms, making UI styles and few other properties of all views and forms uniform across the database will aggravate the job.
“Design assistor” is a tool, which can help us in do away with these routine tedious and time-consuming tasks and ease performing these tasks by automating them in just few clicks.
After configuring the desired form and view properties in the form and view masters, clicking on the “Run manage views” and “Run manage forms” will perform the changes on target database’s forms and views. The result will be either a new template or the target database with the mentioned changes incorporated.
