| The intent of this project is to provide simple instant messaging functionality for groups that do not require the additional functionality (i.e. video, voice, file/application sharing) provided by more robust alternatives. It is also intended to demonstrate how documents can be created and modified in a Domino database using Javascript ("AJAX" / "JSON") without invoking of agents. This approach extends the interactivity of a Domino-based web application without the performance impact associated with frequent agent invocation. |
