When a person deletes a folder the documents remain, however they are unfiled. I run a script to move all unfiled documents to the junk folder so each person can actually find/delete the documents they thought they were deleting.
Obviously, the inbox maintenenance solution from Lotus would not suffice, as it removed "excess" documents from the inbox, but leaves them only for the All Documents view (which is unfiled :-) )
So, I created this solution, which instead moves them to a folder called "Overflow". Installation details are in the Help-About.
