    Description

Action Menu Naming Convention - Any agent or any form or view action be set to appear in the Actions drop down menu. The naming conventions that apply to actions set to appear in the Actions drop down menu can be seen in the Details.

    Motivation

A structured naming convention will support a user friendly actions menu.

    Example / Details

The term 'Actions' being used here refers to agents, form actions and view
actions set to appear in the Actions drop down menu. In general, the action
drop down menu should be used as the main access mechanism for an agent or form
or view action. Action buttons in the action bar should be used wherever
possible for this purpose. They should be seen more as another 'door' or access
    point to an action.

Action names must be descriptive and indicate the function of the action being
    carried out.
    e.g. Incorrect Correct
    Delete Docs Delete Selected Documents

Numbers should be used to order the actions, making them more intuitive for the
    users.

Where possible, action names should be cascaded to create a less obtrusive drop
    down menu:
    1. Create\ a. Main Topic Document
    1. Create\ b. Supplemental Topic Document
