The ability to creating PDFs from Notes documents is a frequently requested feature. Simple PDF is an application that integrates easily with my existing Notes Applications.
I was able to setup a profile that generated a PDF based on fields in an existing database. I really liked the button called "Add to new application" that automatically copied the agent to create the PDFs into my existing database - very nice! No need for staff to find the SimplePDF database when they can run the agent from their own database.
I'm looking forward to exploring more.
