OpenNTF Mail Template - Response:

Hi,
We are running Domino 6.5.6 servers aith 6.5 clients. Random users have started to get this error in the last week - Illegal Circular USE: Check Quotas
Replacing the design template fixes it short term in some cases and seemingly permanently in others. As far as I have found, the problem exists with the database itself and is not client related. I checked some of the affected mailfiles and found some folders still using the R5 design template. IUpgrading those hasn't helped. Had this once before at another company and I in desperation I naively turned off mail quotas on all our servers as the quota on any single mailfile differed from one server to the next. (I inherited it in this state). Probably by wild coincidence, this seemed to fix it that time. This time not so lucky...............

Any help greatly appreciated.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
