POP Mail Rules - Response: Shared notes installation

You are talking about sharing the notes directory most likely on a network drive?
That is usually done by having each user using a different notes.ini file and the shortcut to the program is usually using something like "notes.exe =c:\user\notes.ini" where each user has a different notes.ini file.

I haven't tried this but I would think you would have to:
1) Put the rules.dll in the directory where the shared installation is (where the notes.exe and dll's are)
2) In your notes.ini (the one which is refered to in the shortcut) you should put the EXTMGR_ADDINS=rules.dll line.

Refer to the readme.txt file or the installation doc on this site to enable debug output from the program and mail me the results if it doesn't work and I can check it out.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
