I've made a couple of very simple changes that you may like to think of adding:

1. Adding random variable to AJAX URL call due to session timeout still returning cached data (switching users with different levels of access on same machine was also a problem when readers fields were involved).
   
2. Removed category anchor link
   
3. Added descendant count after each category name
   
4. Icons not counted as the first anchor link column
