• Filter, List, export

    Hi, i downloaded HELP, and i think is a very good tool, and it has a lot of things you need to keep track of support tickets: classification, assignment and time tracking, and i think one good improvement could be to add a report tool, i mean, some way to list, filter and export data so it can be loaded on excel to calculate trends and measurements.

      Reproting is planned for a later version. But if you goto menue "actions", You'll find a "Export2Excel" ;-)
