Hello all, I am having major setup issues. I posted before that this application hangs up my machine when I try to create a new ticket. I can edit an existing ticket, but when I add new it locks up.



I saw that someone posted that you could log into a machine and give a hand with the setup. That would be great if you could. let me give you some info



running lotus notes 6 and domino server 6

loading the application on the local server first to do some testing. then replicate on server.

Signed the template before creating a new database with my user ID

created a new database from the template

modified the ACL for the database to include me and the local server with all rights



I am new to lotus notes so PLEASE HELP, I would love to use this but cant get it running right.
