• Creating Trouble Ticket - 1.5.3

    I just finished correcting the fields to my needs in 1.5.3 and now am creating a trouble ticket by phone. After I assign the ticket to s support personnel, when I save it, it does not send the copy to the user. Am I missing a parameter in the Language documents or do I need to correct a field in another database?

      reviewed the "MailIf …" Parameters in the configuration section?. It seems that the parameter in question is set to "NO".

        Ulrich & company,



        I have double-check and made sure the "MailIf…" parameters are set to YES and saved the ones that were not and when I closed the database and recreated a new Trouble Ticket, the user is still not seeing a trouble ticket email sent to them. I know it worked in previous versions that were released and my users received those emails.
