• help with config

    I am trying to configure help v1.6 for different users but am confused with roles and other congiguration . can anyone direct me to a document which explains all the roles and other configuration required to setup a test environment for help.? what i have done is given myself admin roles in the database (.nsf ) and made the changes in dates config with "/" . in language documents i have selected "check language documnets " and converted EN to DE and DE to EN . but stil while creating tickets notes freezes and i have to finally restart my system . i find error documents created under Log which mentions error in Fuction BusinessDays

      then you wil lhave to use actions/CacheConfigViews to apply your changes to the application.

      You should check how your server and the clients are handlng the date format. We found german and englisch date formats but if your are using another different format e.g. 17/03/2009 or 2009/03/17 this might cause that problem. We could perhaps check remote or Tim has said that he could also check at your location if needed and paid ;-)
