• Use tool with dwa7W.cab (7,0,43,0) // Domino R7 ?

By guillaume aubry 1 decade ago

    Hello,

i want to use the file uploader with the dwa7W.cab iNotes version (7,0,43,0), all work fine except the opening of attachment.

After some investigation, the url who call the attachment is false (see below an example)

    http://servername//testdb.nsf/0/879D3C50A299FED1C125765D003B2D0E/$File/?OpenElement&1256726862&FileName=acitvex%20install.doc

they are nothing before "?OpenElement ". Normally it's the name of the attachment. With 5.0.3.0 or other R5 inotes.cab version the URL is good.

Any idear for my problem ???

    Thks for your help.

    Best regard.

    Guillaume

When I used dwa85.cab in Lotus Domino8.5.1, I met the same problem. Can you solve it? Thanks a lot!

We're working on a updated version which contains a fix for this particular issue.

An MS Office 2007 related bug remains that we want to fix before releasing the new version.

However if it takes too long time to resolve we might consider releasing it as is.

            Regards,

thks for this response !! Great news.

have you any time for this release ?

I work with for EQUANT (french society) who buy the product from INSE, and it will become

              very urgent.

Thks for your response. Best regard. Guillaume.

The MS Office issue has been resolved, however one issue remain with filenames containing non standard

                letters. (for example åäö).

And we want to complete the failover for other browsers (non IE/FF).

With easter coming up I think the release will be sometime by the end of next week.

                Regards,

                // Patrik
