A mail-in database that extracts the contents of those pesky Winmail.dat files
I completed all steps of setup but the agent does not run automatically on the server "When new mail arrives. Errors returned in server log are: 25/10/2007 09.55.45 AMgr: Agent ('Process Incoming Mail' in 'MAIL\WinmailExtract1_1.nsf') error message: Exception in thread main 25/10/2007 09.55.45 AMgr: Agent ('Process Incoming Mail' in 'MAIL\WinmailExtract1_1.nsf') error message: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: java/util/zip/Inflater 25/10/2007 09.55.45 AMgr: Agent ('Process Incoming Mail' in 'MAIL\WinmailExtract1_1.nsf') error message: at java.util.zip.ZipInputStream.(ZipInputStream.java:68) 25/10/2007 09.55.45 AMgr: Agent ('Process Incoming Mail' in 'MAIL\WinmailExtract1_1.nsf') error message: at lotus.domino.ClassHashtable.explodeArchive(Unknown Source) 25/10/2007 09.55.45 AMgr: Agent ('Process Incoming Mail' in 'MAIL\WinmailExtract1_1.nsf') error message: at lotus.domino.ClassHashtable.addAttachment(Unknown Source) 25/10/2007 09.55.45 AMgr: Agent ('Process Incoming Mail' in 'MAIL\WinmailExtract1_1.nsf') error message: at lotus.domino.AgentLoader.addAttachment(Unknown Source) 25/10/2007 09.55.45 JVM: The addAttachment (Ljava/lang/String;[B)V() method failed. If I change to scheduled execution against "all new or modified documents" the agents does not runs automatically (same errors) but runs well if I launch it manually from agents view in Lotus Designer. Could you help me? Thank's in advance.
Sounds like the same problem this person had (posted earlier in the discussion forum): http://www.openntf.org/projects/pmt.nsf/0/4d21afb311161f6d862571df0049468e!OpenDocument Here's the answer I gave before, although I never heard back to know whether it worked or not: This is more of a Domino server problem with Java agents than a database problem. Please see this LDD/Notes.net post for information: http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd6forum.nsf/DateAllThreadedweb/c53ad23599cbab2085256d24005f0a61?OpenDocument Looks like it has something to do with an old zip.dll file not getting removed after a server upgrade or something. Good luck!
I copied zip.dll, net.dll and jpeg.dll from domino\jvm to domino folder, then I restarted lotus domino service. Now all works well.
