      Matteo,

Here's what the Administration manual states about Organizational policies:

"An organizational policy automatically applies to all users registered in a particular organizational unit. For example, to distribute default settings to all users registered in Sales/Acme, create an organizational policy named */Sales/Acme. Then when you use the Sales/Acme certifier ID to register a user, that user automatically receives the settings in the corresponding organizational policy."

So, organizational policies do not show up in the person document. Your post did however show me that Explicit policies are not being applied to the person document at registration time. This will be corrected in version 1.4 which hopefully will be released very soon.

i know there's still a bug with explicit policies, but i wonder if the "User administration utility" works correctly applying organizationl policies to new register users.

for example i need to set database quota via organizational policies, registration settings, to new registered user.

        thanks,

The utility uses the NotesRegistration class and registers the person just as if the person was registered using the Administration client. Is there a way to see if an organizational policy is applied to a person (via a view, utility, etc.), other than trial and error?
