• Company and Project Support

    Hi. I think your app is great.



    I would really like to be able to choose from which company is the call and if it is for some Project in particular. Maybe in the same way you choose the kind of problem.



    That way I could see which tickets are still opened by Company.



    Also, the ability to have an amount of hours for each project would be great. Since later, you could take the tickets made for that project and check how many hours are left in that project.



    Does it make sense?

      Of course we could add the ability to track projects. And adding fields to gather company informations is easy also.

      But actually we have no intentions to do this.
