First I would like to congratulate you on a excellent program. This is db is great for using on just 1 site. How about maybe altering the supportor role so that you can many I.T Support at different locations. i.e. So when someone creates a ticket in France, it gets routed to correct I.T person.
We would use the Mailin Adress to get different default supporters. This might be a way to achieve what you would like to see.
