• Creating new tickets

    Hi, I just started testing your application and it looks great, however when I create a new ticket, it doesnt show up in the new tickets field. It does appear in the active tickets. Is there a way to set up Help so tickets get put in the new ticket field and is there a way for the system to send an email to a person/group when a new ticket is created. Thank you for your time.
