• Re-assign results in "Choose address book"

    In previous version we are running, only the supporters shows up when we shall re-assign ticket to another supporter. In the latest version I need to choose address book and then a supporter from the organizations NAB. Any ideas why? I liked the old solution.

      the parameter LUPNAMES in the config docs ? The value has to be CUSTOM to choose the supporters from the database …

        Thank you for a quick response!

        I did miss that. It's corrected now, but an other problem occured:

        • LUPNAMES are set to CUSTOM
        • I have typed in a couple och Supporters. Like this:

          Type: Supporter

          Key: Supporter

          Keywords: Firstname Lastname

          Description: Supporter

          Category: Supporter



          When trying to re-assign a ticket using configuration above I get a Lotus Notes error message: "List item does not exist".



          Any ideas? Have I missed something else?

            Hi

            I'm not sure what you mean by "the line where this error happens". I'm not really a Notes-hacker, just a regular nerd. =)



            I have translated everything to swedish, so it could surely be a corrupt language document. The error still persist after switching to german and english though…

              as key in the language doc "TICKET ACTIONS & STRINGS"



              I can reproduce the error when deleting this key from the language doc …

                Yes, I have that key.



                I might have messed up the database somehow during my configuration. I've been experimenting with this version a couple of days now and I guess I've been too violent.



                The best thing I could do is to make a new database and copy language settings one by one and check functionality after each setting copied. In this way I don't have to disturb you too much.



                The hardest work is to translate all document to swedish, but I've translated most of the docs by now. So setting up a new DB shouldn't take to much time.

                Thank God for Babelfish since I don't "Deutsches sprechen"…



                Let´s close this topic. I'll post another topic if I'll run into more complex problems after the new database have been created.
