First want to say this is a great project and you guys have doing an outstanding job. Your efforts are appreciated. I've downloaded the product and after a couple of hours, have figured some of it out. Still a little confused on the process of creating and assigning. Can't figure out how to close a To DO. Is there a flowchart of the process or any documentation even a rough draft would be helpful. Looking forward your response,
