      What do you mean?

Why importing. You just have do do a design update e voila. new functions. No needs to import tickets.

But to me it seems that you have some basic problems with knowledge about the things you should do in notes to create a new database.

I hope that you have done the following to create your database.

File/Database/New … Selected a Template and then created your new Database based on that Template.

Then it is easy to change. You must only unzip the new template into your data directory and then do a rightclick on the database you use and then Database\Renew Design from Local and select the new template.

If you simply used the !!Help!! Template that we provide, well lets say your not in serious trouble, but it will be a little bit more complicated to change because you must create a new copy of your database with all documents. Then delete the old one then unzip the template and do the updating as descibed before.

If you did not create your database as it was described the first way and also have no idea what the second description talks about, then it is time to make a call and get some "professional" help into your house. As you name seems to be of german origin it might be possible that either Ulrich or i could help you in a more direct way.
