    It would be great if the QuickCall form sends more information to the following Software:


    • Operating System Version & Service Pack
    • Office Version & Service Pack
    • VNC Version

    • And also

        code all required functions. But to be honest. This cannot be free of charge.

        Even OpenSource has it's limit.

        We provided the DB as is. If you need more functionality, we can give you more functionality.



        OpenSource does not mean that everything is for free. It is Open source. So you can modify or enhance the code as you like. If you can not do it on ya own, you have to hire us or another developer.



        We can only give you support setting up HELP and keep it running. ( for free !! )



        We do this in our spare time. Pease keep this in mind. ( and if you follow the discussion on www.atnotes.de, you can see that we do a good job )

          this but I prefer to have a standard product. It is much easier if there is a Update from you to install it. Specially the main form "BugReport" which is the most important. I don't think it's a good idea to change it
