Can this work in domino 8.5? Cos i can't see the file upload object in the form but getting an error message when create document.

I can only get the dwa85.cab in domino/html folder, so should i change the script from "/iNotes.cab#Version=5,0,1,0" to "/dwa85.cab" ? :-
