Because this problem relates to the problem how to localize Blogsphere, doing all lang.js in include doesn't necessarily answer correctly.

For instance, it is one method of settlement to make the localize project "Blogsphere Experience International" like other projects.

Moreover, I think that it is very difficult to involve all files, and to replace it every time at each upgrade of FCKEditor.

However, if it is possible because FCKEditor supports multilanguage, we want also to succeed the characteristic.
