• assign ticket to supporter

    I've created a new database based on Help 1.0.10.

    I've send a test ticket from my workstation. It's ok, i see the ticket in the helpdesk database.

    But how do i assign this ticket to a supporter? I can't find any to do this.

      I have created a database based on the Help 1.0.10, but I do not speak German, could some one send me the file in English, there are some things that we do not want our users doing, I would like to change some of the field names, can any give me any help? —— Thanks Sandi

        Language EN.

        There is no ngd based english file, because we are not doing the design the way IBM does it.

        Two things.

        Switch the configuration document for the Language to EN and use the part labelled "Sprachen" to change ad hoc to another language.
