With 1.5 having issues with when tickets are created no doc link is sent with the email to be opened. Also in the views not seeing the ticket that I just entered from the help database. Tried different acl levels, replaced design, refreshed views etc.. Any ideas?
I can get 1.08 release to work in a separate db - email , links , view tickets etc. But on a clean brand new 1.5 I get what was outlined above, same user same acl levels etc.
I have already checked
language document "Ticket Actions and strings" and search for msgTicketClick=
The string is empty by default; type in at least "-> ".
For the link problem and it did not resolve the issue.
Also in designer if I look at the $ALL view I see the test tickets I created , but in the application nothing is visible, and counts are 0.
