• Trying the views in v0.1.3.a

By John Larkin 2 decades ago

    Excellent work,

I'm trying to view the view example eg:

    http://mytestserver.com/samples/dwt-0.1.3a.nsf/webViews/exampleView?OpenView

and i get the error: 'Error while parsing "http://mytestserver.com/samples/dwt-0.1.3a.nsf/webViews/xsl_DominoView_StandardTemplates6.xsl". The element 'xsl:stylesheet' is used but not declared in the DTD/Schema."

Is there something that I'm doing wrong?

      Hi John,

I think I found the issue. I've been testing all of my code changes using a demo database. What I forgot to do was to update the examples in this template. These examples are still trying to use old code that doesn't work anymore. Let me update these examples and on my next release, I'll post my demo database as well. In fact, I think I'll probably just move all examples on how to use the DWT db into the demo db. Heck, evidentially I might even create a help db that documents how to use everything :)

        • Try it now

I've removed the examples from the template and included the demo database that I use to test my code. Try it out and see if it works for you.

Download and install Mircrosoft MSXML 4.0 SP2 or higher… it solved many of my desktop issues..

              thank you once again
