• Looks awesome ... but tough road getting started.

    This application looks awesome. But, I'll echo the sentiments of others that it really needs a "Getting Started" guide. I downloaded the app version 1.6, and have been playing with it for a couple days. Here are the problems I have experienced:


    1. Cannot Save a new Ticket

      When I try to Save a ticket, the app just spins. I eventually must Ctrl + Break to cancel the Save. The log indicates a problem with "GetBusinessDays."


    2. Mail >> Call button doesn't work.

      When I try to use it, I choose an E-Mail from the Inbox, but then the app just spins. Ctrl + Break doesn't work here. The only resolution is to Ctrl + Alt + Del & kill Notes. From there, I have to reboot for Notes to work again.


    3. After two days, I have 200,000 errors in the log.

      I understand and appreciate logging problems. But, it looks like this system logs the same error about 500 times per second. (Yikes !!!)



      Since I cannot Save a ticket, I'm kinda stuck. I'm really bummed.



      I suspect my issues revolve around configuration. I've reviewed a lot of the forum, and all the published Docs, but haven't found a "Getting Started" guide. It would be nice to have these Steps either published in the Docs section of openntf.org, or in the "Using This Database" section of the database.



      I'm open to suggestions for resolving the problems I listed above. Thanks.
