• Empty pane and no menu

    I installed initially by dragging from the site into the My Widgets sidebar panel and after a restart of Notes, File Navigator opened up, but was an empty pane. The top-right menu didn't respond. So I removed FN and did a local install. Same result. I am using Notes 8.5.2

      There are no known issues with File Navigator 8.5.2 - I'm running File Navigator since 8.5.2 CD1 without any issues.

      Please provide the trace/log files here.

    Hi Rene,please excuse my ignorance, I'm just a user, what log/ trace files would you need?

      I need the log and trace files which are unter "Help" => "Support" => "View log" and "View trace". Both after client restart.
       
      What os are you using?

PS: Maybe you can ask your administrator to assist - that could make things easier.
