When working with tooltip it does not seem possible to interact within the tooltip itself.e.g I can't have the mouse over the tootip as the tooltip will then will close.

Check out facebook tooltip which is really powerful, when you hoover over a name you get a tooltip which you mouse over and can interact with the components inside it.

Dialogs is not an option here as you want the tootips next to the action with the little nice arrow

Please concider implenting these kind of behaviour.
