    I've seen another msg on this topic, but the solution offered does not seam to apply to us (its already applied).



    When notification emails are sent, the email only shows:

    "Click on the following link to open the ticket ->"



    The acctual doc-link is missing.

      the message, when and how it s send and the configuration documents related to that message. You know we got a lot of different message possibilities and configuration documents in this database.

        When I create a ticket and than assign it, I get the following email:



        Subject:

        Your helpdesk ticket has been assigned to Amir Gilboa/UNIQ. The reference number is: <>

        ———END Subject———–



        Body:

        Click on the following link to open the ticket ->

        ———END BODY———–



        This notice I belive is being sent to me as the "originator" not as the assinged supporter, though I've assigned a ticket to a coworker and they also did not get the doc-link.

      I debug the code and found the problem.



      I change the "MailIfNewDocLink" from NO to YES.



      And solved my problem
