The problem with specifying starting bundles for NSF based plugins is a bug. The correct behaviour shouldn't be different than for file based plugins i.e. to simply specify bundle id and not complete path. I will provide a fix for that soon.

I will change the configuration template to use a wider input field.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
