i am wondering if its possibile to send a helprequest to this db via a free mail account. It can be that a client cant access lotus notes and dontt want to call, and send just a mail. So it would be nice if i can read those mails as well and convert it to TT.



Same thig if i using lotus notes i have to implemt the subform "helpdeskanfrage" i have to change the design on the template. Would be nice if i can just enter the mail in db name in my email client and in the body field the descryption and press send ;-)
