• no possibility to choose the supporter when creating a ticket ?

    When I create a new Ticket I can choose the user's name out of the Domino adressbook.

    In the "supporter" Field I see everytime the same name of the user.

    Why I can't choose the supporter ? I have checked this with the designer: The supporter field has

    this formula: @Name([CN];@UserName). This is the actual name of the user who creates this ticket.



    Maybe I do someting wrong ? Please help !

    • You can change the supporter with

      the button re-assign ticket. At the dialog box that appears then you con select your user out of the list of predefined Helpdesk users.

        Now I have a second question:



        I have implemented the Quick call function and I have created a ticket over "Helpdeskanfrage". The Ticket

        arrives in the Helpdesk, but with an empty Problem description box ? I'm sure that I typed in a problem description…….
