i'm afraid i need a little help getting startet:
Could i get a short HowTo realizing following scenario:
A Level1-Team is generating Tickets, based on incoming Mails and phon-calls.
These Tickets should be distributed by subject/application into four different Support-Teams, where they get picked by the Supporters.
I was not able to find where to define the Supporters - mine is called "YourSupporter" yet….
