• Preferences setup

By Brad J Belcher 1 decade ago

when I go to my mail file, then Tools, Preferences, then the TeamWork tab, I enable and then check the box Customers & Projects DB, it never lets me select the file, or shows the file name. If I click OK, then come back into the Preferences, the box is unchecked

I was able to solve this issue, by moving doclib1.nsf to the mail folder, and by renaming the file to doclib.nsf

      • Correct names are Contact1.nsf and DocLib1.nsf

Sorry, but the preceeding information is incorrect. The database names are correct inside the ZIP file: Contact1.nsf and DocLib1.nsf.

The most likely problem is that TeamWork is in the wrong directory. Please check that:

        1) TeamWork is stored in the same directory as your mail file. Most likely: mail

        2) Your Location document is setup to point to that directory and filepath.

TeamWork uses 2 ways to "find" the contact/doclib database from the mail file:

        a) Using the "Current Server, Current Directory" method, AND

        b) The current Location document

Try those and let me know.
