• Work with multiple IT supporters

    Hi Ulrich,



    I have downloaded the latest version. I'am impressed. It seems to me that the system does not allow to work with multiple IT supporters. Is that correct? If not there is a small bug.

    • in the configuration document 'keyword supporter' you can only select one supporter.
    • the dialog reassign ticket the IT supporter names are not seperated properly (all on one line).

      Did you create another "Supporter" Document ? I guess, you did.



      In this version it is not possible to assign a ticket to more than one supporter at a time. In version 1.0.6 ( coming soon; release date 01.02.2005 ) it will be possible to open a ticket assigned to a supporter and create sub tasks. These tasks you can assign to another supporter. In addition it will be possible to assign a ticket to a support team ( configurable in the database )

        I tried to enter multiple supporters in the same configuration document. Now it works!!!
