• How does the "Sytem" information work in the ticket?

    Hi,



    I am currently playing which the app and think it looks great.



    But I am wondering how the System information in a ticket is being used. It says it is first populated when a mail is being used: Informationen nur verfügbar wenn das Ticket über eMail geschickt wurde

    • There is a Form in that application that should be copied to the users

      Mail Database. It is called "Quick Call" If a user sends mail via this form with the Button "Save and Submit" some Infos fabout the client are collected and then displayed at the helpdesk.

        Hi Thomas,



        Yep, I just figured that out and it is working fine. When doing this I got a new question. When pasting it into the form it informed me that it enherits design from the helpdesk database/application and asked me if it should enherit the design in the future. Should I anser yes or no here - I mean, is it only this form, QuickCall, which will enherit the design or will it be the whole mail database?
