• Can't get scheduled reports to run

    This is a great tool. BUT I tried to get the scheduled reports to run with no luck.



    Uploaded the .nsf to my server, signed the database with my ID (and server's ID). Went in and created a scheduled profile.



    Problem is: the scheduled profile never ran. I don't see anything in the AMGR's schedule.



    What am I doing wrong?

    • Check if the agent is enabled

      Hi Karl,



      open the DB in the designer, go to agents and look if the MailAnalyser Agent is enabled. If it is open the agent and check on which server it is scheduled.



      If it's the wrong server, select your server and save the agent.



      After that it should work.

        Did that. No luck.



        I see 2 agents in the database:



        MainAnalyzer and "Set Scheduled"



        MainAnalyzer is enabled. Schedule has it running every hour???

          Did you check in the agent the server where it can run ?



          From the designer, go into the agent, open the propeties of the agent, in the first tab (the one with the bulb light) and click the schedule button.



          When the schedule window opens check at the bottom of the window the server where it can run. If the server listed there is not your server, select your server in the list.



          To answer your question about the fact it runs every hour, the answer is yes. But the analysis is not done every hour. This agent looks every hour if one enabled schedule profile document must be executed.



          We had to do that because there is no way the set the time for an agent to run using native lotuscript classes.
