XPages Extension Library - Feature Request: Pager and List by Last Name and groups on NamesPicker

Can we please get a pager for the names picker dialog box so you can page through the names? Say you search for Smith but you have a 100 or so Smiths in your organization. It would be nice to page through them.

Can we get a by Last Name plus groups all within the same dialog box?
