OpenLog - Feature Request: Javascript Logging from Terminal Services

We have OpenLog in a database used from a browser and the information is extrenely useful in resolving issues. However, recently I had a javascript error triggered by a user using a browser via Terminal Services on a Citrix server, and this causes some strange user details to be logged. The javascript error logs the username as undefined (although the users are logged in), the ip address is the server (understandably), and the browser version is showing as Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0.

I've reproduced the problem in our development environment by forcing a javascript error, ensuring that I was logged in and using the IE 6 in a terminal services session, so I know the browser version in the error log is definitely spurious. (I can send a screenshot or a copy of the log document).

I am not a web guru, but is there any way to identify the user for javascript errors triggered from a terminal services session?

Thanks
Paul

In this field you can enter the actual request.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
