Maximum message size for memo's sent can be set in the OpenNTF settings (Calendar Preferences).

Another option is to set the notes.ini parameters:

$ONTF_MsgSizeDefault (in KB) if no maximum size is set in the preferences and $ONTF_MsgSizeForced (KB) which overrides the settings in the profile
