For Domino FP8 Codestream

Unless you're using Design API or
creating a blank database, this release is trivial. Creating a single
blank database was fine, but the replica ID was in the file used. In
4.1.0 the create blank database methods took a folder and filename. For
this release they were streamlined to just take a filepath.

• Setters for expiry on images, javascript, css and files

• setDasMode extended onto DatabaseDesign class
