Here it is; the new release of !!HELP!! Thomas Schulte added new functionality to the application. As always there are new configuration documents and language items. We suggest to replace all language docs and all configuration documents with the documents from the template. Pls. make a copy of your productive database before updating your existing database. Starting with release 1.0.7 you are now able to send and receive mails related to a ticket. You can ask your users for more information by sending an email out of the database. Replies are automatically added to the according ticket. This is all done by the "Dispatch" agent. Pls. sign the database with your server ID, before activating the agent. Minimum Reqirements
