V1.2.4 - Enabled cursor control on all picklists

When typing will select the first item on the found names list.On multiple selection this will add the name to the selected list on all other types it will update the target field with the selected entry.

Using the and key after typing and finding will move the selected item on the found list and pressing at that time will perform the select (or add to the multiple selected list)
