This release is addressing some reported errors with the DbDir Navigator.



Additional checks have been put in place to validate that a database is open before trying to access its properties.



Also, we are now preparing the database file name string in order to hadle ampersands add other fun characters that may be in the file path before the send it to the browser to be translated.
