This is an existing open-source application, licensed by LGPL and written primarily in Java. Notes Music Station allows a user to edit MP3 tags, create playlists and play songs or playlists using NullSoft Winamp. The application uses an open source ID3v2 tag library obtained from SourceForge.

I am looking for developers who would like to enhance Notes Music station.

This is a working application that can be improved by adding features. The existing application can be expanded to work with different music file formats (such as .WAV, .CDA, etc.) that do not have built-in taggging formats. Additionally, many more features of ID3v2 tags can be used by the application. Finally, it would be nice to have an interface to music players other than NullSoft Winamp and make the application compatible with other operating systems such as Mac or Linux.

I would also like to do a slicker user interface with improved graphics and skins.
