Simple help desk for Lotus Notes clients.
A simple uncluttered template. Good for IT or Human Resource departments. You should create a separate database for each help desk. Keywords may be customized for each. This database includes an area to author "help topics". These can be viewed by customers from within the help desk. You may also use these as templates to quickly insert responses.
