New verion V090901 release. It addresses the following problems:
- Added support to replicate with LC servers that uses a self signed certificate
- Added some code to auto create the dogear API URL from the given URL
- Added parsing of the dogear service document
- Fixed some small bugs

I tested it now with the following free available LC installations:
